Designed for children (5 and up), teens and their parents and other adults in their lives. This interactive workshop explores our energetic bodies and energy fields. Together you will learn how to care for and nurture your energy fields keeping them clear, balanced and intact. A strong and healthy energy field enables us to navigate our way in the World with ease and grace.
