Janiece’s Note: We make white pine needle tea and drink it or dandelion tea every day. We collect pine needles from our White Pine Tree in our yard, wash them, cut them up, and place them in a glass jar (with a metal spoon inside). We pour water that was bowled over the pine needles in the glass jar. Hence the metal spoon inside so the glass does not break. Many people say to leave it seeping for at least 15 minutes. We put our mixture outside in the Sun after pouring the hot water over it and leave it for three or four hours. It is excellent to add some vitamin D from the Sun in our healing Pine Needle Tea.
And please do not forget your food and water storage, etc.
