Question:
In your book, you wrote that at a very young age, you were told that Tristan was a conduit between this World and the Spirit World and I thought I would ask you a question about where we go when we crossover. My aunt passed away a year ago after a long illness. When she returned home on hospice care, I stayed with my aunt along with another cousin. I am a healer, and my aunt let me do some healing on her. That made me feel good because it did seem that she was less anxious after the healings. During this time, my aunt spoke about looking forward to returning “home”. The morning before she transitioned, my aunt told us she had a dream that her deceased husband came to her and said, “It is time for you to come with me. Don’t be scared. You will love it here. Everything is so beautiful. You will love the gardens.” She passed away that night. My aunt said her husband described where she was going, but it did not sound like what we would picture as Heaven, so we were not sure where she went. Did she go to Heaven? Can we go somewhere else?

Thank you for asking this thought-provoking and energy-expanding question. First of all, we are truly grateful that you and your cousin were with your aunt during her time of transition. It is such a beautiful and selfless expression of love and very helpful for your aunt on her new journey.
First I will explain a little about Tristan and what he has been doing since he was a little guy. Ever since Tristan was young, he has been a conduit between the Spirit World and this World, helping many during their time of transition, “crossover successfully.” What does that mean? Well, a lot of sleepless nights! Okay, getting back to being serious. Because of Tristan’s experiences at such a young age, we certainly have learned a lot about what occurs when one makes their transition. He has assisted children and adults as well as groups of people and animals. When Tristan was young, and it was groups of people who perished due to horrific events, it was quite difficult for him and we are grateful that Tristan always felt comfortable coming to Michael and me in the middle of the night for help since we would never want him to have to deal with all of this alone, especially as a small child. By learning and working with Tristan, he has brought this entire process into our awareness so we too can assist others in successfully transitioning.
As on Earth, during the process of transitioning, we always have choices. Now, of course, depending upon our level of awareness and discernment we will make conscious or unconscious choices. As I say, it is a process, and we have an eternity to “work” on all this stuff, so it is always helpful to be kind and gentle with ourselves, as we do the spiritual work required for true evolution. Knowing that we have a choice is vital since there are not-so-loving Beings and energies out there that would rather us not be successful in our transitioning process since we can be placed back into the “reclamation center” and get stuck on the karmic hamster wheel. If this occurs, our “soul” becomes caught in the electronic grid and gets zapped with electromagnetic energy which makes us forget everything. Then your soul is put back into another body and returned quite quickly. Yikes! Not fun nor is it a natural part of our true evolutionary journey. As Tristan said in the book, it was important for him to be under the radar and bypass the veil of forgetfulness because he did not want to be “messed with again.” He wanted to remember everything so he could share this information with everyone who is interested in waking up. Good job!
Okay, so here are a few things that have come into our awareness, thus far that is.
We can choose to be with God, which is too big of a subject to get into since the Divine Source is omnipresent, how could it be in one place? Okay, maybe take that on another time, but Tristan does assure us that there is a place-a consciousness-that people call Heaven. I’ll leave that subject alone for now or maybe after I have a few more lives. Off planet, that is. This means on a very high-dimensional, fantastic, fabulous Planet and not Earth! Haha. Okay, just expressing myself since I am not into pretending, justifying, making excuses, denying, or any of those defense mechanisms that keep us from being in our Awareness! And remember awareness, without judgment, gives us the information to move forward in our lives with more True Self-Expression and Self-Empowerment.
Some people choose to go to Andromeda, The Pleiades, Sirius, Alpha Centauri, and countless other places. From what you said about your aunt and after reading her energy, we get that she chose to go to the Andromeda Galaxy. This was where she was during her last life before incarnating in this life. It appears that she went directly to the “Garden Planet” or as Tristan has called it for many years, the “Party Planet.” Tristan calls it the party planet because many Andromedans prepare for the arrival of others who have crossed over by giving them welcoming gatherings, or what Tristan calls parties. Many ancestors, friends, and Soul/Star Family come from all over to welcome them, and it is quite a loving reunion. We know many people who chose the Party Planet after they transitioned and it is indeed a wondrous place and very joyful. Many of them have stayed here, and many have chosen other places on Andromeda such as the healing planet. It seems after being on the Party Planet; your aunt has chosen to go to the Healing Planet for healing on an energetic level. Your aunt said that you were the reason why she chose the Healing Planet since she could not understand what you were doing at the time when she was still alive on Earth, but since it helped her she truly desires to learn more. We thought that was quite amazing and such a testament to everything you did for her.
Although there was more to this answer, we chose not to share it since it was of a personal nature. Sheila agreed.
However, we decided to add a bit more to the subject of “Where Do We Go from Here: The Expanded Version” as follows:
Wherever you choose to go, have a plan, but be open to all possibilities—more on that later. If you choose to return to Earth first make sure it is a conscious choice. Wow, makes you wonder how aware people are when they see a child born into an extremely unfortunate situation and say, “Oh well, they chose it.” Really or did they choose with limited information given to them by those beings who do not have their best interests in mind because they live off the pain of others? Additionally, declare (demand, why not) that you always receive all the information, i.e., memories of all of your past lifetimes and receive the full, entire, complete knowledge during your life review as well as everything you have learned (the good, the bad and the phenomenal) and remember all of this vital information. Tristan added, “Don’t get mixed up with any of the tricky Beings who pretend to be loving Beings of Light because they will mind wipe you and then you will have to return and start all over again.”
Another thing is to make sure that you do not sign or commit in any way to any “soul” Contract. Contracts are a very 3D concept. Think about it. Would Conscious, Expanded, Infinite Beings get themselves involved with limited and binding Contracts with all that deceptive fine print? Someone recently said that people could make positive Contracts before coming to Earth so they will come together and do some good things. Yes, that is true, but do we really require Contracts to follow our Soul paths, purposes, or whatever you want to call it? If we are genuinely doing our spiritual work, would we not always be consciously creating our lives from a place of being and doing what is in the best interests of ourselves and everyone else?
Our family has always viewed Contracts as created by those Beings who hijacked us, our planets, galaxies, etc., and started genetically re-engineering us, to keep us in check. When we look at Contracts this way, they seem to have been put in place to keep us entangled with the 3D style of thinking that we must have Contracts with others to learn lessons. That makes sense to us because Contracts are about binding others and yourself to an Agreement because there is a lack of Awareness, Trust, and Inner Knowing.
As with everything else our family has reawakened to that keeps us chained to the karmic hamster wheel, doing things over and over again, ad nauseam, we stand in our strength, our power and inner knowing declaring and demanding that all Contracts and Agreements including all the fine print, are in this moment null and void, destroyed, uncreated, yadda yadda, Amen! We also declare that we are expressing as the Empowered Sovereign Free Will Beings who are Unlimited, Infinite and Beyond, operating with total and complete Consciousness. This is how our friends in the higher realms live, so why not start creating our reality from a place of Awareness, Consciousness, and Empowerment knowing that we do things for others (and ourselves) because hey, that’s who we are when we express our True Selves. Sounds pretty simple, doesn’t it? Maybe not since the “powers that be” will throw a curve ball our way and energetically bring someone into our lives that we unconsciously made a Contract with that includes all that nasty fine print to learn all those life lessons the hard way. We can make excuses and justify it or take the bull by the horns, and actually, do something that creates more awareness and possibilities for us.
Okay, that was a big deal on Contracts. I will move on or return to the subject of successfully crossing over. Is this a depressing topic to write about before the holidays? Hmm! Well, actually there is a reason for me bringing all this up now that I will share later. It’s pretty cool too!
Now, Michael says that if we have a plan are we not limiting our possibilities? Yes, another fantastic question from Michael. As always, when I think I have things figured out (like that is going to happen. Well, maybe next life), he asks another question that takes us beyond. That’s how it works with the three of us since when one person has an idea about how something works, then another will ask a question, and that leads to even more awareness and then more questions and on and on. Yes, Michael, you are correct (don’t tell him I said that—haha). Absolutely, why limit ourselves into only choosing between only a few places that are in our awareness. So I told Michael, “Okay, so what if we have a plan, so we don’t get caught up in that negative karmic electromagnetic grid insanity? What if part of our plan is to consciously choose to have our next life in places such as Andromeda, The Pleiades, Sirius, or someplace even more magnificent than we can even imagine!” So that’s how I dealt with that subject. Michael laughed and thought that was quite clever. Then I said, “Hey honey, maybe we will return to our home Galaxy and be Star Flyers and fly on the cool ships they have and bring the teachings of Peace to everyone who desires this way of Being. Or maybe something even better!”. Wow, is there something better than that? Makes you think. Well, we do anyway.
Now, do you want to know why I am bringing up this topic, especially around the holidays? Maybe it is especially because of the holidays that I am bringing it up since many of us have loved ones who have crossed over. Plus, the fact that we were asked the question (what was that again?) as well as working with many people who shared about their loved ones who are at that time of life when transitioning seems nearer. Another reason is that well, many of you know by the article I wrote “Being in the Space of Allowance” on our website, that my brother made his transition in March 2017 and the holidays always bring up, even more, those who are no longer in physical form. Now during our Thanksgiving Holiday, Tristan was a bit down missing the physical presence of his uncle who always came up to the mountains where we live to be with us. I mean he came during all times of the year, but you know, the holidays do tend to bring up those memories, and now our table has one less place setting. As I said, Tristan was not feeling his usual self so I made sure we had lots of process time. We seem to have a lot of process time in our home. Perhaps I did too much validating of feelings? I don’t know, but it sure seems that as I said, we have tons of time to process emotions in our family. Maybe I should take a more tough-love approach. Then I can write an article entitled, “Buck up Buddy; we’re on Earth.” I hope you all get my humor or perhaps you think lack thereof. Michael always says laughingly, “Honey, you always amuse yourself.” And I guess it is one of those times. Okay, back to the point—what is it? Oh yeah, processing feelings, or was it: Why am I writing this anyway?
Well, wouldn’t you know it, my brother has been visiting us in his new “improved” (that’s what my brother calls it, and we agree) non-physical form since Thanksgiving. He even brought my dad and walked through our living room that day, and we have seen both of them since. This isn’t new by any means, but their visits have been every day. They are busy guys! My dad has wanted me to bring the maple rocking chair (which was a gift from him many years ago) downstairs where he loves to sit. Although now the Christmas tree is in that spot, so not sure how to sort this one out until after the holidays. We have also heard my brother’s voice, and that is always wonderful. It generally occurs right after Michael has been talking. Michael will end his statement, and we will hear Gary’s voice, and then it tapers off. Perhaps their voices are of the same frequency (and have a beautiful tone) that Gary is able to come through more easily. It is really quite amazing hearing my brother’s “voice from another room”. We all stare at each other with an expression of awe.
Oh, he always has had such a beautiful speaking voice and could sing too, like my dad. My brother also wakes me up in the middle of the night calling my name or singing the songs we sang as children. Some of our favorites were “Catch a Falling Star”; “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”; and “Moon River.” Quite appropriate I would say. Tristan has woken up in the middle of the night with his Uncle Gary standing next to his bed. One night Tristan’s blankets fell to the floor, and he said that he woke up to find his Uncle Gary placing his blankets back on his bed and tucking him in. Oh, that was a good one!
Even the day after Thanksgiving I was organizing our Christmas containers of bows, ribbons, etc. As I was going through the container of bows, I came across a Christmas gift tag that read To Tristan, From Uncle Gary. I showed Tristan and Michael, and we were very touched that my brother made his presence known and in such a sweet way. I went back to the container of bows and found another gift tag that was addressed to me by my brother. Then another one addressed to Michael from Gary. Then another to Tristan.
All in all, there were nine Christmas gift tags from Gary to my family and me. There were no other gift tags from anyone else, just my brother. When I found the last one, we were all laughing. Okay, Gary, we got the message! We know you are here! Then Tristan said, “Uncle Gary always loved playing tricks on me.” Yes, that is true and so very grateful that he still is.
Now he and my dad are not the only ones in Spirit form that we have seen lately. Since last month we have seen many walking through our house on their way to visit their loved ones for the holidays. The other night we saw a man walking through our living room happily on his way to spend time with his family. Hey, did you ring the doorbell? Okay, just kidding. If you are joyful and full of good cheer, you are welcome to take a shortcut through our house.
At this point, I have no idea where I am going with this since it appears to be a potpourri of musings. So here is a wrap-up: Have a plan when you are coming or leaving Earth and be open to all the possibilities of something even better. Don’t get mixed up in the electromagnetic grid and/or mind-wiped. Don’t go through the veil of forgetfulness. I guess those are inherently inclusive. Be aware of those tricky beings out there—another reminder from Tristan. Our loved ones who are no longer in physical form visit us in their new “improved” non-physical forms so be aware of the subtle signs from them since they are only a dimension or so away. Not far at all really. Let’s see what else. Oh yeah,
