Why do People Choose Unawareness and Ignorance Over Awareness and Consciousness?

For many reasons, but I will share just a few. It depends on one’s origins, which correlates to their soul desires (yes, it is plural)—also, the implications of undergoing genetic engineering, which relates to their DNA. What DNA are they expressing in this life? Suppose they are more connected to the manipulated DNA rather than their real DNA, their pure essence. In that case, they will choose unawareness unless they begin to do the research and the work of going within and exploring and uncovering everything. This uncovering also aids in us becoming aware of our other lifetimes on Earth and off-planet.
Why is it so important to have memories of our other lifetimes? Our family sees many people who were involved in misusing the technology in Atlantis, doing the same here in this life. The raiders, pillagers, etc., of the past, are continuing their violent behavior in this life. How unfortunate that so many humans continue to replay trauma lifetime after lifetime, instead of doing their personal work and not project all of their unresolved issues from this life and others onto everyone else. As we can see, these other lifetimes directly affect our current life and the choices we make. When we have the Information, the healing can begin
